«Return to Events ListingNorma Liebman | William Shakespeare : Life & Works

First Folio Frontispiece

In our first of two events leading up to Shakespeare’s 460th birthday, we are pleased to present life-long Shakespeare scholar Norma Libman who will offer a fascinating overview of Shakespeare’s life and works. Even as Dr. Libman demystifies the Bard of Avon for those who find the subject difficult, she gives us a powerful sense of how Shakespeare earned his place as the greatest playwright of the English Renaissance and of all time. Registration required as seats are limited. Sponsored by the Friends of Libraries and Literacy.
